I absolutely loathe eating healthy. It’s something I’ve struggled with for the longest time because of my sweet tooth since childhood. I’d pick pistachio ice cream, Ghirardelli Caramel Squares and Peachy-O’s over food any day but I always found myself complaining about my body in the end. Initially, I would start eating very clean but then found myself giving up in only a couple of days. THIS time around, I realized I have no legitimate excuse not to workout and give my body the nourishment it needs; not exactly what it “wants”. (Lately I’ve been reevaluating my life between “wants” and “needs”…ohhh the struggle.) It’s been one week, [which may not seem like a lot for many people] but I have completely cut sugar out of my diet. *happy dance* I used to wake up with a cup of vanilla cappuccino every morning but never realized how much SUGAR was in that stuff. I had to stop because I started to feel sluggish and completely out of energy when I didn’t do anything all day.
With that being said, I started to watch what I put into my body more carefully. Being a snacker, it’s so easy to eat unhealthy, little tid-bits thinking the calories and sugar won’t add up. This is when I discovered Graze Boxes. Graze is a monthly subscription of healthy snacks loaded with countless benefits with vitamins, minerals and protein in every single snack provided for you. Graze reinvented snacking to a whole new level: it’s convenient, delicious and healthy. For me, eating healthy is already difficult because half the time I have no idea what to eat and the other half, I’m just too lazy to make anything. Graze makes it easier for me to grab a delicious, healthy snack on the go.
I love how they cater to your wants as well. You can tell them the types of snacks you enjoy, choose if you want 4 or 8 boxes per month and cancel the subscription at any time since you pay per box. Another pro is that they offer a small quantity; I have a bad habit of grabbing an entire family sized bag and munch for hours while on Netflix or Hulu Plus. Fatty much?
Let’s take a look inside this month’s Graze Box!
My favorite snack I grazed on as I wrote this post was the Poppyseed Pretzel with Chocolate Hazelnut Dip. The other three items included: Chili Pumpkin + Sunflower Finery Seeds, Black Pepper Pistachios and Carden of England which included mini strawberries, soft apple pieces and black currents. The Finery Seeds looked like bird food and something I wouldn’t reach for when having the urge to snack but to my surprise, they were delicious!
Definitely check out Graze’s website and the wide variety of options available for you to choose from. A huge thank you to the marketing and PR team behind Graze, I’ve loved all the snacks so far and can’t wait to try out more. Let me know in the comments below what your favorite snacks from Graze are so I can get them next time around.
P.S Stay updated me with on social media–I’m doing a giveaway bundle in the near future which includes free Graze Boxes for one lucky winner!
